Description
This 12×7 high quality Summerhouse comes complete with front opening double doors and two two large attractive opening side windows can go on either side in multiple positions. Allowing lots of lovely sun and airflow into your building. The windows and doors are joinery made quality and of a storm resistant design.
It is constructed on 34mm square framing and clad with planed Shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, FSC approved, slow grown northern European pine. The floor is T&G boards and the roof is solid sheet OSB boards, with green mineral felt supplied for the exterior.
The roof and floor are both constructed using T&G boards. (Imperial dimensions are approximate to the nearest foot; please refer to the exact metric dimensions in the data given) Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and access for painting and during installation.
Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive tracking information.
Supplied with felt, fixings, and full instructions for DIY self-assembly.

Booking Your Delivery

On the Day
Deliveries are usually made by large vehicles (similar to a refuse lorry) between 7am and 7pm. Drivers are insured for kerbside or driveway delivery only and cannot enter your property. Items are unloaded manually. Please check all parts before arranging any third-party installation, as we cannot cover associated costs.
Installation Service
If you opt for installation, the manufacturer will contact you within 5 working days via text or automated call. You’ll need to accept the assembly terms online; delays in doing so may affect timelines. Once confirmed, you’ll be given a delivery and assembly date. Please allow an additional 15–25 working days (longer in peak season). Ensure clear access to your garden with 18″” clearance around the building and a firm, level base. Installation teams cannot enter your home.”
