Delivery for this Product

Mercia products are delivered kerbside or to your driveway. With the exception of fully assembled fence panels, all items arrive flat-packed with assembly instructions.

Booking Delivery

At checkout (excluding Metal Sheds), you’ll be asked to select a delivery date. Our Request a Delivery Date service covers most areas, with free delivery to the majority of UK postcodes. Some areas may incur a surcharge or be excluded—please check with the postcode tool.

Before Delivery (Excluding Metal Sheds)

If you provide a mobile number, you’ll receive a text on the morning of delivery with a 2-hour time slot and a link to track your order.

Mercia Metal Sheds

Metal Sheds are delivered by courier without prior notice. If you are not home, a card will be left for redelivery arrangements. Delivery timescales are shown on product pages (working days, Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Remote areas may take longer.

On Delivery

Deliveries are typically made using 3.5T, 7.5T, or 18T lorries. Drivers are insured only for kerbside or driveway delivery but may, if access allows, place goods at the side of your house. They cannot deliver through your home or to unsafe areas. Please check all parts before arranging third-party installation.

Installation Orders

Installation lead time is typically 7 weeks from order. Delivery and assembly are usually on separate days, though some may be combined. The manufacturer’s team will confirm which applies to your order.
